DELIVERY INFORMATION
*Transit Times: Delivery timeframes are an estimate only and start from when your package is marked as shipped. It does not include weekends or any custom procession delays.
Duties and taxes may not be included in our prices for your region. Please consider the potential import taxes applicable in your region, as these will be payable to DHL directly during the delivery process.
Refused packages:
In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver over duties and taxes, FLORENTINA will decide if the parcel will be:
- a) Returned to FLORENTINA for a store credit (not refund) minus the original and return shipping costs, import fees and taxes incurred. OR
- b) Delivered to you with all customs fees paid. In the event FLORENTINA covers these costs, your order will become strictly non-returnable and final sale. OR
- c) Destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. No refund, store credit or replacement will be given to you.
*FLORENTINA reserves the right to determine which of the refused package outcomes is most suited. You as the customer waive your rights to our regular Returns Policy once a package is refused.
Policies & Terms:
To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Signature on Delivery / Authority To Leave:
To enhance the security of our deliveries and minimise the risk of theft or loss, FLORENTINA requires a signature on delivery for all packages, unless the customer explicitly authorises an Authority to Leave. Customers waive their right to request compensation or replacement for any package that may be stolen, lost, or damaged after it has been left at the designated delivery address. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure as FLORENTINA holds no liability for the security of packages once they have been left according to the customer's authorisation.
Pre-Order Delivery:
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email contact@florentinaofficial.com if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a seperate order if any items from your order are urgent. Cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.
Delivery Delays:
During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of FLORENTINA. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.
